Here are some Videos we shot while at Harris Hill, they are fair quality and the incar is horrible, but watchable.
I will be installing a nice little in car video system using a Lyra X2400 with an 8GB Compact Flash card. The Lyra records at 640x480 30fps XVID and only costs about 100 dollars.
A basic lipstick camera that shoots 480 lines will cost about 100 dollars.
