The 2.5" U-pipe has been completed.  Its made from 1/16" thick 6061 aluminum from Burns Stainless.  The inside has been polished smooth.  The beads on the end were done with a hand bead roller from MIttler Brothers.

Here is it in the car.  The linkages from the turbo the to U-pipe and from the U-pipe to the Intercooler can be seen in this picture.  The 4 hoseclamps aren't installed since this will all have to come out to install the timing belt.
